General rule of thumb about contacting Dr. Way:

  1. Emergencies - Call 911 or go to the Emergency Department.

  2. Immediate attention needed - Call Dr. Way and choose the “urgent option” (option 1) on the phone.

  3. Non-urgent need - Text Dr. Way through Spruce Communicator or call our main phone line (434-226-7899) and leave a non-urgent voice message (option 2).
